Luxuriously appointed, all the rooms have recently been refurbished and redecorated.

On the first floor there is a spacious lounge with twin aspect views of Cropton forest and towards Newtondale. There are comfy sofas, a wood burning stove, TV, DVD and a cosy reading nook with more books and magazines than you can shake a stick at!

The large dining kitchen has a breakfast bar and a farmhouse table & chairs - ideal for those relaxing holiday breakfasts. There is a Neff oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. 

The twin bedded room has a lovely country feel and next door the family bathroom has a double ended bath with a shower, under-floor heating and a heated towel rail.

On the ground floor the double room is light and relaxed, yet cosy with an en suite shower room which has under floor heating and a heated towel rail. The large French windows lead out to the garden.

The Hayloft has sole use of the fully enclosed private garden including it’s sun terrace, barbeque area and a good sized lawn.

There is central heating throughout, all towels, linen and dressing gowns are included. A selection of luxury toiletries and hairdryers are also provided.
