Luxuriously appointed, all the rooms have recently been refurbished and redecorated.

On the first floor there is a spacious lounge with twin aspect views of Cropton forest and towards Newtondale. There are comfy sofas, a wood burning stove, TV and a cosy reading nook with more books and magazines than you can shake a stick at!

The large dining kitchen has a breakfast bar and a farmhouse table & chairs - ideal for those relaxing holiday breakfasts. There is a Neff oven with ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. 

The twin bedded room has a lovely country feel and next door the family bathroom has a double ended bath with a shower, under-floor heating and a heated towel rail.

On the ground floor, the double room is light and relaxed, yet cosy, with an ensuite shower room. The large French doors open into the garden.

The Hayloft has sole use of the fully enclosed private garden including it’s sun terrace, barbeque area and a good sized lawn.

There is central heating throughout, all towels, linen and dressing gowns are included. A selection of luxury toiletries and hairdryers are also provided.
